The Delhi High Court has issued Roster of Sitting of the Hon’ble Judges of for taking Physical Courts.
The Roster which will be effective from 15.9.2020 to 8.10.2020 has Chief Justice D. N. Patel sit with Justice Prateek Jalan in one bench while Justice Hima Kohli has been clubbed with Justice Subramonium Prasad.
There are total 7 Two-Judge Benches while 7 Single-Judge Bench for Criminal Jurisdiction and 6 Single-Judge Bench for Civil Jurisdiction.
5 Single-Judge Benches have been allotted for Original Jurisdiction (Civil).
