March 04, Bangalore/Mumbai: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Quess Corp Limited on its proposed sale of 100% shares of Qdigi Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, to Onsite Electro Services Private Limited. Quess Corp is also making a minority investment in Onsite as part of the transaction.
The General Corporate team of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the transaction. The transaction team was led by Suvojit Halder, Partner; with support from Aarthi Sashikumar, Senior Associate; and Aiyush Gupta, Associate.
Other advisors to the transaction included Trilegal, as counsels to Onsite Electro Services Private Limited, and Ernst & Young, as investment banker for Quess Corp Limited.
The was signed on 6th February, 2024 and closing is subject to completion of CPs, closing is expected to occur prior to March 31, 2024.
