Leading Indian law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has successfully advised NDR InvIT Trust in a strategic acquisition involving Nandav Warehousing Private Limited, Kosamba Logistics Private Limited, and SGP Universal LLP—entities engaged in the development, operation, and management of logistics warehouses in Surat, Gujarat.
The transaction saw NDR InvIT Trust acquiring 100% of the share capital of Nandav Warehousing Private Limited and Kosamba Logistics Private Limited, along with 100% of the partnership interest in SGP Universal LLP, effectively bringing the operational logistics warehouse under its ownership.
