In view of Lockdown Phase-4, the Delhi High Court Administrative and General Supervision Committee has extended the suspended functioning of Subordinate Courts till May 31st.
Earlier, the Committee had suspended functioning till May 23rd vide onotice dated 16th May, 2020.
All the matters listed in the Subordinate Courts from 26.05.2020 to 30.05.2020 stands adjourned en bloc.
The other instruction issued in Notice dated 16th May, 2020 to continue till May 31st.
