On Monday, complying with the DHCBA's suggestion, the Delhi High Court has decided to open Lawyer's Chamber Block in the complex as part of Graded Restoration of Normalcy Plan.
The Committee has acceded to the proposal by Mr. Mohit Mathur and has opened Chamber Block thus making Lawyers primary enable to take away their files, books, belongings etc.
Though the entry is subjected to certain conditions for precautionary purposes.
The Committee has allowed only one Lawyer per Chamber with one Assistant Junior and not any intern and client shall be alllowed in.
Chambers are only accessible in two phases; Morning Phase (10 am to 12pm) and Afternoon Phase (2 pm to 4 pm).
Sanitizers and Handhandled body temperature scanners have been put on the entry of the Blocks and one need to cover the basics before entering into the premises.
No common use area shall be opened.
The Delhi High Court Bar Association shall issue neccessary advisory about the manner of use of Chambers and requesting the older member of the Bar to avoid coming till further orders.
