The President of India has assented to the appointment of Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai, Judge of Sikkim High Court as Chief Justice of the Patna High Court.
The Notification states that “In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Smt. Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai, Judge of the Sikkim High Court, to be Chief Justice of the Patna High Court with effect from 05.06.2026.”
