Headnote :
According to Article 142 of the Constitution of India, 1950, and Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, regarding Mutual Divorce, the parties have reached an amicable settlement and a Settlement Agreement has been submitted. In the interest of justice, we exercise our jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of India to dissolve the marriage between the husband and wife, and a decree of divorce is hereby granted.
