No.20094/2008) ORDER The judgment in this case was to be pronounced after the pronouncement of the judgment by the Constitution Bench in State of West Bengal & Ors. v. The Committee for Protection of Democratic Rights, West Bengal & Ors. [Civil Appeal Nos. 6249-6250 of 2001] wherein an identical question is involved. As the judgment is yet to be pronounced by the Constitution Bench, let these matters be released from this Bench and be placed before the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India for appropriate orders.
