Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We direct that the case in relation to the petitioner shall stand transferred from the District Court, Srinagar, to the District Court, Chandigarh, to be heard along with other connected matters pending in the court at Chandigarh.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
