The petitioners in this batch of cases raised the question that Sections 28 and 32 of U.P. Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965 have no application to the lands under acquisition. This is a pure question of fact and we do not investigate this question of fact in writ petitions under Article 32. The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed.
No costs.
