Mr. Anand Singh, learned counsel for petitioner.

2. Mr. Devendra Pant, learned Standing Counsel with Mr. Tarun Lakhera, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel for applicant, who has moved impleadment application (IA/2/2025).

4. By means of Impleadment application (IA/2/2025), applicant-Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA), Transport Nagar, Saharanpur Road, Dehradun through its Vice Chairman, wants it to be impleaded as party-respondent in the array of parties, in present writ petition, because Adda (Bus Stand) Fees is being charged by applicant.

5. There is no objection from learned counsel for petitioner as he admits that the Adda fees was charged by applicant-MDDA.

6. Since, the impleadment sought is formal in nature and there is no objection from petitioner; the said impleadment application (IA/2/2025) is allowed.

7. Let the necessary amendment be incorporated by petitioner within three days, by supplying amended memo of parties.

8. Respondents including newly impleaded respondent-MDDA may file counter affidavit(s) within four weeks.
