2. Mr. P.S. Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a Golden Card to the petitioner on the premise that the petitioner is a pensioner, who retired from State of U.P. and the pension and the revised pension to the petitioner is being given by the State of Uttarakhand.
4. The respondent/State still is indecisive as to whether the Golden Card is to be issued to the petitioner or not.
5. The controversy is to be resolved by the State itself, and the petitioner has nothing to do with that.
6. Respondents may file the counter affidavit within a period of two weeks.
7. List on 17.04.2026.
8. Urgency applications (IA Nos.2/2025 & 3/2026) stand disposed of accordingly.
