1. Mr. Deepak Chopra, Mr. Pullak Raj Mullick and Mr. Priyam Bhatnagar, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Mr. Hari Mohan Bhatia, learned counsel for the respondents/ Revenue.

3. Learned counsel for the Revenue states that the Assessing Officer, on basis of the order of assessment, has passed a fresh order, and it has been subjected to challenge by the appellant in Appeal No. ITA 170/DDN/2026 filed on 30.03.2026.

4. In view of the said statement, we postpone the hearing of the Appeal for eight weeks, and request the Tribunal to decide the Appeal, if possible, within the said period, so that we may have the benefit of the order of the Tribunal.

5. List after eight weeks.
