The victim has preferred the instant appeal challenging that part of the judgment and order dated 23.12.2025, passed in Sessions Trial No.232 of 2022, State Vs. Jagjeet Singh @ Jagga and Another, by the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, by which the respondent no.2 has been acquitted of the charge under Sections 120-B, 302, 504 and 506 IPC.

Issue bailable warrants against the respondent no.2.
