3. Petitioner was transferred from Himmatpur, Bailparaw, District Nainital to Dhauladevi, District Almora, vide order dated 10.06.2025. Challenging the said order, petitioner filed this writ petition. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has now joined duties at the transferred place, therefore, she does not want to press this writ petition. He submits that petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
5. On the oral prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
