3. On 06.06.2025, no one was present for the respondent no.8. Therefore, the cost of Rs.5,000/- was imposed on the respondent no.8.
4. Heard on Recall Application (IA No.1936 of 2025), filed by the respondent no.8 to recall the said order dated 06.06.2025.
5. The recall application has not been opposed by Mr. Devendra Singh Negi, Advocate.
