1. Mr. N.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Mr. Rakesh Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Of late, we have seen that the appeals, listed before this Court, are not properly scrutinised by the Registry. In many a cases, even though there is delay, but either there is no report regarding such delay, and if delay is reported, then the appeals filed without delay condonation application, are not marked as defective and are placed in the list of regular cases.
4. Similarly, in the Bench copy, the scrutiny form attached to the appeal are left blank and in many cases, the order sheet is not maintained or is left incomplete in the Bench copy. Such a situation cannot be permitted to continue, as it is detrimental to the cause of justice.
6. Let explanation be called from the concerned Officials for such negligence within a week.
