Mr. Suryakant Maithani, learned counsel with Mr. Pradeep Kumar Chauhan, learned counsel (through V.C.) for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Puran Singh Bisht, learned C.S.C. with Mr. Yogesh Pandey, learned D.A.G. for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.
3. Mr. I.D. Paliwal, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of U.P./respondent No.2.
4. Pursuant to order dated 16.03.2026, instead of Secretary, Revenue Department, Ms. Ranjana Rajguru, Commissioner cum Secretary, Board of Revenue, is present before this Court through V.C. It is informed that Mr. S.N. Pandey, Secretary, Revenue Department is on leave, and therefore, Ms. Ranjana Rajguru is present before this Court
5. Similarly, in place of Ms. Aparna Upadhyay, Principal Secretary Revenue, State of U.P., Mr. Rajaram Dwivedi, Special Secretary, Department of Revenue is present before this Court through V.C. It is informed that Ms. Aparna Upadhyay has gone to Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, in a contempt case.
6. After having deliberation with the present responsible officers of State of Uttarakhand and State of Uttar Pradesh, it transpires that the responsible officers at the highest reliable shall meet within 10 days to get the matter resolved and inform this Court by giving exact time frame, within which the controversy regarding the conclusion of consolidation proceedings in village Chandpuri Khadar, Tehsil Laksar, District Haridwar, shall be resolved.
7. Put up on 13.04.2026 on Top of Board.
8. On the next date, both the officers called by this Court vide order dated 16.03.2026 shall remain present positively before this Court through V.C. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 25.03.2026 PN
