2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General assisted by Mr. Pramod Tiwari, learned A.G.A. and Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. The present Bail Application has been moved by the Applicant-Nasir Ali. The Applicant is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No. 260 of 2025 (Special Sessions Trial No. 191 of 2025), registered at Police Station Jhabreda, District Haridwar, for the offences punishable under Sections 5(F), 5(M)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Section 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the present matter. It is submitted that the allegation against the Applicant is that, being a Hafiz/Imam, he solemnised the marriage of a minor child victim; however, the said allegation is false and baseless.

5. It is further submitted that the Applicant has been falsely implicated due to a monetary dispute, as certain dues were allegedly payable to the Applicant, and on account of the same, the present criminal proceedings have been initiated against him.

6. Let objections, if any, be filed by the State.
