Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the Applicant.

2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State.

3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.614 of 2024 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC, Police Station Patelnagar, District Dehradun.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a law abiding citizen and no specific role has been assigned to him in the FIR; applicant has no criminal history. He submits that main accused Shikha Sharma has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2026.

6. Learned State counsel has strongly opposed the bail application.

7. Without expression any opinion on the final merits of the case and considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail.

8. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Rohit Kumar be released on bail on executing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
