                                  Hon'ble Ravindra Maithani, J.

Hon'ble Siddhartha Sah, J.

Mr. Harshit Sanwal, Advocate for the appellant.

Mr. J.S. Virk, D.A.G. for the State. Ms. Pushpa Joshi, Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Nipush Mola Joshi, Advocate for the informant.

On 17.02.2026, the instant appeal was admitted and lower court record was called for, but it has yet not been received.

Why is there so much delay in receipt of the lower court record?

The Court requests the Registrar General to look into these matters and issue such directions so that the records may be received at the earliest, which may further reduce the time for litigation. Let the lower court record be called for immediately.

Once LCR is received, paper book be prepared and provided to learned counsel for the parties, as per rules.

In the meanwhile, State may file objections to the Bail Application, IA No.1 of 2026.

List this matter on 11.05.2026.
