Learned counsel for the applicant who moved the impleadment application submits that he has not been impleaded as party-respondent in the matter, while the order which has been impugned in the present writ petition is the order passed on his application, therefore, he is the necessary party in the present writ petition.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner-Bank prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file objections to the impleadment application.
6. List on 10.04.2026 for disposal of the impleadment application.
