4. It is contended by learned State Counsel that since in the present writ petition, order passed by DDC is under challenge, therefore, this writ petition is cognizable by the Bench having jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
5. He made a request to disconnect this matter from WPMS No.2416 of 2016.
6. Registry is directed to disconnect the present matter from WPMS No.2416 of 2016 and place the same before the Bench having jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
