The present Special Leave to Appeal under Section 419(4) of the B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed with a prayer to grant special leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 05.02.2026, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal Case No. 2102 of 2023, "State vs. Mohd. Afzal Ansari and others."

5. Summon the Trial Court Record.
6. Upon receipt of the Trial Court Record, the Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and supply the same to learned counsel for the parties, in accordance with the Rules.
