2. Mr. Shobhit Saharia, learned counsel for the NCB.

3. Mr. Pratul Kumar, learned counsel appearing in BA1 No. 223 of 2026, prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file a rejoinder affidavit.

4. As noted by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 18.02.2026, on the submission advanced by the Applicant that the mandatory grounds for communication of arrest were not conveyed to the Applicant in writing, resulting in a clear violation of certain principles of law. Further, learned counsel for the Respondent had sought one week's time to seek instructions regarding the same.

5. The above observation and order shall also apply to the related matters mentioned hereinabove.

6. Today, learned counsel for the Respondent has submitted copies of the said queries, stating that the arrest memo was communicated in writing.

7. The same may be furnished through an affidavit, and copies thereof may be provided to the other party.

8. List these cases on 07.04.2026.
