Hon'ble Pankaj Purohit, J.
Mr. Bharat Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. P.S. Bisht, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Mr. Lalit Miglani, learned counsel for respondent nos.5 & 6.
4. Learned counsel for respondent nos.5 & 6 submits that in all these writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the notice issued to them under Section 4-A of the UP Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972. He further submits that since no stay order was passed in favour of the petitioners in all these writ petitions, and the proceedings have culminated and finally resulted in the eviction of the petitioners, and they have also moved appeals thereagainst which too have been dismissed, hence all the writ petitions are rendered infructuous.
5. In view of the above statement, all the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
