4. Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.1 along with delay condonation application (IA No.4/2025). For the reasons stated, delay condonation application is allowed. Delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.1 is taken on record.
