Mr. B.M. Pingal and Ms. Manju Bahuguna, learned counsel for applicant.
2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand/respondent.
3. Learned State Counsel was directed to submit the criminal history of applicant in the aforesaid first bail application.
4. Today, learned State Counsel passed on to this Court written instruction, which is taken on record.
5. Learned State Counsel, on instruction, submits that there is criminal history of applicant. He was found implicated in FIR No.22 of 2024 u/s 8/20 of the NDPS Act, registered with P.S. Bhatraujkhan, District Almora, and, on the basis of these two cases i.e. present one and the history which has been given by learned State Counsel, he was also implicated under the provisions of the U.P. Gangster act and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.
