Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, Advocate, has submitted that the authorities were directed to issue family pension to the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 685 of 2022 (S/S), "Shobha Rani Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others" on 05.06.2025. The respondent has deliberately not duly complied with the Order dated 05.06.2025.
3. It is prima facie case of wilful disobedience of the Order dated 05.06.2025.
4. Notice is being issued to the respondent. He is directed to appear before this Court through video conferencing on 21.04.2026 at 10:30 a.m. and show cause as to why contempt of court proceedings should not be initiated against him.
5. Mr. Bhuwan Bhatt, Advocate, has sought three days' time for steps.
