2. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 07.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Special Sessions Trial No. 16 of 2017, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 135(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months.
3. It is submitted that the appellant has already been enlarged on interim bail by the learned trial Court. He has also moved the instant bail application being I.A. No. 1 of 2026.
4. Admit the appeal.
5. Summon the lower Court's records.
6. Since the appellant is already on interim bail granted by learned trial Court, the same is made absolute subject to the appellant furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹30,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
7. The bail application stands disposed of.
