IA No. 3480 of 2025 (Amendment Application)
3. The present application has been filed by the appellant seeking amendment in the substitution application to the extent that in paragraph no.2 of the substitution application the names of 1/1 Manmohan Singh Rawat S/o Late Soban Singh and 1/2 Sumendra Singh Rawat S/o Late Soban Singh be incorporated. The same amendment is also sought in the prayer clause of the substitution application.
4. The said application is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.
5. In view of the above, the amendment application is hereby allowed. The appellant is permitted to amend the substitution application accordingly within a period of one week.
6. The amended substitution application shall be placed on record within a period of one week.
