This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:-
"(i) Issue writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned award dated 18.11.2025 (Annexure no.5 to the writ petition) which was published on Notice Board on 09.12.2025 passed by the learned Labour Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Adjudication Case No.21 of 2014 "Kailash Chandra Joshi vs. M/s Parle Biscuits Pvt. Ltd.
(ii) Issue any other or further writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
(iii) To award the cost of the petition in favor of the petitioner."

3. Mr. Amar Murti Shukla, Advocate, submitted that the present matter has been settled between the parties on 04.01.2026. Therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition.
4. The present writ petition (WPMS No.4 of 2026) is dismissed as withdrawn.
