Mr. Anand Singh, learned counsel for the Applicant.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Vikash Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant, who has been accused in FIR No.412 of 2025, dated 23.11.2025 under Sections 8/22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
4. The alleged contraband recovered is 1688 capsules containing Tramadol Hydrochloride, which is a schedule drug.
5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits at the outset that there is no recovery made directly from the Applicant, and he has been falsely framed in the matter.
6. Learned State Counsel, however, states that the amount of recovery is of commercial quantity and objection needs to be filed.
7. Two weeks' time is granted to the State to file counter affidavit.
8. List this matter on 25.03.2026.
