2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, D.A.G. for the State. Amendment Application (IA No.2 of 2025)
3. An amendment application has been filed by the petitioners for incorporating paragraph no.20A and prayer clause (ii) in place of earlier prayer clause (ii), whereby the petitioner sought to challenge the order dated 28.03.2025, whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
4. Though the objection has been filed by the respondent- State, but objection is on the merit of the rejection order and not on the amendment application as such.
5. In such view of the matter amendment application is allowed.
6. Let necessary amendment be incorporated within a week by supplying amended copy of the writ petition.
7. If the amended copy of the writ petition is supplied to the respondent(s), the respondent(s) may file their counter affidavit(s) to the amended writ petition afresh.
8. List this case on 28.04.2026.
