4. Mr. Ajay Veer Pundir, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the order of even date passed in Writ Petition (M/S) No. 1725 of 2016, he does not wish to press this writ petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by providing that if Authorised Controller is managing the affairs of the institution in question, then he shall continue to do so till duly elected Committee of Management is put in place.
