2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned A.G.A. for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Notice was issued to the Respondent No. 2 and, as per the office report, service upon Respondent No. 2 has been held to be sufficient.
4. The present Special Leave to Appeal has been filed with a prayer to allow the application by granting special leave to appeal to the complainant/applicant against the judgment and order dated 23.11.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, New Tehri, District Tehri Garhwal, in Complaint Case No. 971 of 2019 (Old No. 387 of 2015), "Umed Singh vs. Anil Kalura".
5. The matter needs consideration.
6. Since the service upon Respondent No. 2 is sufficient, there is no necessity for issuance of notice to Respondent No. 2 again.
7. Let the Trial Court Record be summoned.
8. After receipt of the same, the Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and supply the same to the learned counsel for the parties, as per rules.
