1. Mr. Dushyant Mainali, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. B.S. Parihar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. As the challenge is to the qualification prescribed under the Essential/Desirable Qualification for Recruitment to Group 'C' posts under the purview of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission and Outside the purview of Public Service Commission (Amendment) Rules, 2019, therefore, counter affidavit of respondent nos. 1 & 2 would be necessary, but, which has not been filed so far.
4. Learned State Counsel prays for, and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondents. The petitioners shall have one week's time thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
