4. On 25.02.2026 learned counsel for the respondent- M.D.D.A. made a statement at bar on instructions, that no appeal has been preferred by respondent nos.3 and 4 against the sealing order dated 14.11.2025 and order is being issued for seiling of the property involved in the present matter and a request has also been made to the S.S.P. Dehradun to provide Police protection for the same.

5. Today learned counsel for the respondent-M.D.D.A. made a statement at bar that the property in-question belonging to respondent nos.3 and 4 has now been sealed on 07.03.2026.

6. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

7. In such view of the aforesaid development in the matter, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.

8. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
