2. Mr. Atul Bhatt, Ld. C.G.S.C. for the Union of India.

3. As per the order dated 20.02.2026, instructions were sought from the Union of India as to the procedure to be followed for changing the date of birth of the petitioner in her Aadhaar Card second time.

4. As per instructions received by learned C.G.S.C. for the Union of India he submits that a certain S.O.P. has to be followed for changing the date of birth in the Aadhar Card for second time.

5. The said S.O.P. has not been followed by the petitioner.

6. This fact is disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner saying that an application along with an affidavit has been submitted by the petitioner on 05.12.2025 as per the S.O.P.

7. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file a detailed affidavit within two weeks stating therein as to whether the application conforming the S.O.P. has been received by the Union of India or not.
