4. Shri Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 has placed before us a communication dated 19.10.2023 by which the petitioner was informed that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the Committee and it was of the opinion that no action could be taken in pursuance of the same and that no change is possible in the seniority list.
5. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 seeks time to clarify whether there is any consolidated seniority list of direct recruits and promotees, as the contention of the petitioner is that the respondents, in the seniority list prepared by them, have not included the names of the promotees.
6. Having regard to the prayer made, the case is adjourned for three weeks.
