Heard on Recall Application, MCRC No.4 of 2023 During the course of argument, learned counsel for the applicant in the recall application/respondent no.3 has referred to a document claiming that since inception, the petitioners had intention to defer the Court because they had paid cheque of an account, which is inactive since 2023.

On it, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that it is not on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 seeks time to file supplementary affidavit.
