4. Counter affidavit filed by respondent no.2 is accepted on record. Application (IA/2/2024) stands disposed of.
5. So far as the counter affidavit filed by the State is concerned, learned State Counsel submits that due to some inadvertent mistake, counter affidavit has wrongly been filed. He, therefore, wants to withdraw the present counter affidavit with liberty to file fresh.
6. Permission granted. The counter affidavit filed by the State is withdrawn with liberty to file fresh within two weeks.
7. Rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by respondent no.2 may be filed within one week.
