2. This is a second appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.04.2025 and the decree dated 28.04.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Civil Appeal No. 10 of 2024, "Rajendra v. Divisional Forest Officer, Tarai Eastern Forest Division, Haldwani, District Nainital and another," and against the judgment and order dated 27.04.2024 and the decree dated 01.05.2024 passed by the Civil Judge (S.D.), Khatima, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Civil Suit No. 86 of 2017, "Rajendra v. Divisional Forest Officer, Tarai Eastern Forest Division, Haldwani, District Nainital and another."
3. The instant second appeal has been filed with a delay of 201 days.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file objections to the delay condonation application (IA No.1 of 2026).
