Heard Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the respondent no.1.

2. According to the petitioner, the parties had settled the dispute. In this regard, Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, Advocate, appearing for the petitioner, has referred to the Compromise Application (CLMA No.1670 of 2017).

3. Per contra, Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, Senior Advocate, appearing for the respondent no.1 submitted that no alleged compromise took place between the parties.

4. On 03.01.2026, the Co-ordinate Bench directed the parties to appear in-person.

5. Today Mr. Pradeep Kumar Saini, the petitioner, is present in-person. But, the respondent no.1 is not present in-person.

6. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, Senior Advocate, has sought two weeks' time for personal appearance of the respondent no.1.

7. Mr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma, Advocate, has opposed the said request.

8. In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is being granted to the respondent no.1, but on the cost of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand).

9. On the joint request of the parties, list on 19.03.2026.

10. The petitioner no.1 and the respondent no.1 are directed to appear before this Court on 19.03.2026 at 10:30 a.m.

11. The said cost shall be paid to the petitioner.
