4. As per the previous order, notice was issued to respondent nos.4 and 5 which have been served upon them.
5. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel appears and states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent no.2. Therefore, no notice is required to be issued to respondent no.2 now.
6. Let Mr. Ramji Srivastava file power in the matter within 15 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of writ petition to Mr. Srivastava within two days.
7. The respondents may file their counter affidavits.
8. List on 16.03.2026 awaiting respondent nos.4 and 5 to appear personally or through their advocate. Registry is directed to show the name of all the appearing advocates in the cause list henceforth.
