4. Learned State Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
5. The present petitioner is similarly situated to the petitioner in WPSS No. 184 of 2026, wherein an interim order has been granted by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.01.2026. Hence, a similar interim order is called for.
6. List on 27.02.2026.
7. In the meanwhile, one post of Assistant Teacher (Arts), in Government Primary School in General Category shall be kept vacant in District Uttarkashi, in case the posts are not filled up.
8. Urgency application and interim relief application (IA Nos.1 & 2 of 2026) stand disposed of accordingly.
