Heard Mr. Sahil Mullick, learned counsel for the appellant through V.C.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the present first appeal against the impugned order is not maintainable.
3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present first appeal with liberty to file an appropriate appeal with better particulars.
4. Accordingly, the first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
