4. The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the Additional Judge, Family Court, Kotdwara, District Pauri Garhwal in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.01 of 2023, Smt. Anjali Negi vs. Sri Laxman Singh.
5. By means of the present revision, the maintenance application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been partially allowed.
6. The present revision seeks enhancement of the maintenance amount.
7. Issue notice to the respondent no.2. Steps to be taken within 4 days.
8. Summon the Trial Court Record.
