Heard Mr. Vikas Anand, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. J.S. Virk, learned DAG for the State.

2. The instant criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 17.12.2025 passed by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, in Session Trial No. 164 of 2018, State v. Angrej Singh and others, whereby the trial court has convicted the appellants for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of IPC and sentenced them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life along with a fine of ₹10,000/-, and also under Section 120-B of IPC, sentencing the appellants to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life with a fine of ₹10,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file objections to the bail application (IA No.1 of 2026).
