3. By means of the present bail application, applicant seeks release of bail in Case Crime No.18 of 2026, under Sections 3/5/11 of the Uttarakhand Cow Progeny Protection Act, 2007, registered at P.S. Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.
4. There are two prior cases under the aforesaid Act against the applicant. In such view of the matter, counsel for the State prays for and is granted ten days' time to file counter affidavit.
